1. Booking Procedures
a. All bookings must be made online, by phone, or through the front desk.
b. Customers may book up to 7 days in advance.
c. A minimum of 1 hour per session is required; additional time may be booked in 30-minute increments.
d. Each simulator can accommodate up to 6 players unless otherwise approved.
e. Please call if you would like 2 bays next to each other.
f. We will try our best to accommodate your specific bay number selection, but we cannot guarantee it.
2. Check-In Requirements
a. Players must check in at least 10 minutes before their reservation.
b. Late arrival does not guarantee extension of booking time.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
a. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the booking for a full refund or credit.
b. Cancellations made within 4 hours may be charged 100% of the reservation fee.
c. No-shows are charged 100%.
4. Payment a. Payment is required at the end of your session, unless other arrangements have been made.
a. Accepted methods: credit/debit card, cash, and gift cards.
5. Guest Conduct a. Guests must follow all posted facility rules and staff instructions.
a. Respect for staff, other patrons, and equipment is mandatory.
b. Disorderly, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
c. The facility reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates policies or engages in unsafe behavior.
d. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
e. Smoking indoors is prohibited.
6. Minors
a. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while using the facility.
b. The supervising adult is fully responsible for the minor’s behavior, safety, and compliance with all facility rules.
c. No minor may operate the simulator or swing clubs without direct adult supervision.
d. Staff may deny access if proper supervision is not present.
e. Special youth programs or leagues may have separate age and supervision policies.
7. Personal Items
a. Clubs, bags, and personal belongings should not obstruct walkways.
b. Lost items will be placed in lost & found; the facility is not responsible for lost valuables. Found items will be held for 30 days before disposal or donation.
8. Equipment Care
a. Players are encouraged to bring their own clubs; please ensure they are clean to avoid damaging the bays.
i. House clubs are available for use (if needed).
b. Do not hit damaged or dirty balls into the simulator.
c. Guests must not bring muddy or wet shoes into the simulator bays.
d. Metal spiked golf shoes are prohibited.
e. Do not lean on the screens.
f. Report malfunctions immediately—do not attempt to repair or adjust equipment.
9. Session Use
a. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
b. Practice swings must be taken inside the simulator bay only.
c. Players are responsible for proper operation of the simulator and must report equipment issues immediately.
10. Food & Beverage
a. No outside food and beverages.
b. Food and beverages must stay within designated areas and not near sensitive equipment.
11. Alcohol & Behavior
a. No outside alcohol permitted.
b. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly.
c. Intoxicated individuals may be refused access.
d. Any damage caused under the influence is the guest’s responsibility.
12. Safety Rules
a. Only one person may be in the hitting area at a time when swinging.
b. Any unsafe swinging or reckless behavior may result in termination of play without refund.
13. Liability & Damage
a. Players are responsible for any damage caused by improper use of equipment.
b. The facility is not liable for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety rules.
c. All guests acknowledge that golf-related activities involve inherent risks.
d. By using the facility, guests agree to assume all risks of injury related to their participation and equipment use.
e. Parents/guardians assume all risks on behalf of minors.
14. Policy Changes
a. The facility reserves the right to modify policies at any time.
